The Human Rights Watch released a report entitled “The Case for Reparations in Tulsa, Oklahoma: A Human Rights Argument,” urging state and local authorities to provide reparations for the survivors and descendants of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, and for broader harms that affect black Tulsans today.
