More than 650 organizations wrote to congressional members to express their support for S. 1513/H.R. 3406, the Second Chance Reauthorization Act of 2015, and full funding for Fiscal Year 2016. The diverse organizations have come together to submit the letter in November 2015 because they represent constituencies working to increase public safety by improving re-entry from prisons, jails, and juvenile facilities.
