The Education and Research Associate will work on cutting edge legal issues that advance the Association’s mission nationally and internationally, focusing on the intersection of surveillance programs and technologies and the Fourth Amendment.
Qualified candidates will possess an undergraduate degree with an interest in criminal law and policy and will share NACDL’s commitment to its mission. Excellent research skills (traditional and online) as well as superior oral and written communications skills are a must.
