“On Sept. 17, for the third year in a row, I traveled to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s home in Mount Kisco. A busload of New York City residents traveled up to join local Westchester residents and a number of elected officials to participate in a Candles for Clemency rally and vigil. We called on the governor to use his executive power of clemency to release incarcerated people who pose virtually no threat to public.”
