The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers State Criminal Justice Network (SCJN) will convene its state criminal justice policy conference where attorneys, advocates and activists meet to discuss key policy concerns on the state level. This is our 15th year and our theme is The Revolution Will Not Be Criminalized: Inspiring a Movement for Criminal Justice Reform. It takes place in Palm Beach, Florida Thursday, August 11-Friday, August 12. SCJN provides a medium to exchange information, share resources, and develop strategies for promoting rational and humane criminal justice policies. In addition, it seeks to educate the general public about the many issues that influence, and policies that affect the criminal justice system.
