The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform holds  a hearing on December 13 examining reentry issues within BOP. Witnesses will include BOP Director Inch and representatives from GAO and the Office of Inspector General at DOJ. Staff expect to focus on issues like the halfway house closures, educational resources including Pell grants, health care, among other issues. The minority staff has welcomed our input on questions for the witnesses.
