This November, California voters will consider two competing death penalty initiatives. Please join NACDL on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 4 p.m. EDT as we discuss Proposition 62, that abolishes the death penalty and Proposition 66 that would not only maintain the death penalty, but has the potential to cost the state even more and overburden local court resources. On this call you will hear about the two measures and learn how you can get involved in the repeal movement in the state.
