The film, Crack the Disparity: It’s Not Fair. It’s Not Working, was released in 2009 by the Crack the Disparity Coalition and directed by Howard University film professor Alonzo Crawford which highlights the history of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act legislation in Congress, and its affect on low-income and African-American communities.
