“[This] report comes after visiting four cities last year that are dealing with a diverse range of criminal justice issues: Columbia, SC; Baltimore, MD; Phoenix, AZ; and Dallas, TX. At each of these Millennial criminal justice roundtables, we heard from community activists, young people who have been impacted by police brutality, and local law enforcement officials.
