The White House, this week, is marking a full year of progress on the Police Data Initiative and would like you to join the conversation. The White House and the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services invites you to tune in to a livestream of a gathering at the White House to discuss innovations in open data to increase trust between citizens and law enforcement.
Tune in at 9 a.m. to join Senior Administration and White House officials, leading law enforcement agencies, technologists, researchers and community stakeholders from around the country as they share experiences, resources, technology tools and data innovation leveraged to increase trust between police and citizens as called for by the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing.
Streamed panel discussions about building community trust and furthering the field with new technologies will be featured. Tune in to hear the stories of Police Data Initiative participants from coast to coast.
