Access to effective substance use disorder (SUD) treatment has long been out of reach for many. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced treatment providers and clients to limit in-person interaction, reducing longstanding barriers to treatment for some, but increasing challenges for others. Join advocates and allies in the drug policy reform and treatment movements to assess what changes have occurred and how positive reforms can be maintained while addressing remaining challenges to SUD treatment during and after the pandemic.
