reportThe Opportunity Agenda and Northeastern University School of Law’s Program on Human Rights in the Global Economy have just issued “Human Rights in State Courts 2016,” a timely report that reviews state court decisions and Attorneys General opinions interpreting human rights treaties, laws, and standards.  This new report updates a 2014 report, which details the ways in which state courts have considered and interpreted human rights.

“Human Rights in State Courts 2016” is intended for public interest lawyers, state court litigators, and judges, and also for state and municipal policymakers interested in integrating compliance with international human rights law into their domestic policies.
