The Opportunity Agenda and Northeastern University School of Law’s Program on Human Rights in the Global Economy have just issued “Human Rights in State Courts 2016,” a timely report that reviews state court decisions and Attorneys General opinions interpreting human rights treaties, laws, and standards.  This new report updates a 2014 report, which details the ways in which state courts have considered and interpreted human rights.
