United States Sentencing Commission Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines

The U.S. Sentencing Commission will hold a public hearing to receive testimony from invited witnesses on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines on immigration.

The public hearing will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (ET) and will be streamed live on the Commission’s website. More information.
