Fentanyl & Synthetic Cannabinoids
The USSC will receive testimony from expert witnesses on fentanyl, fentanyl analogues, and synthetic cannabinoids, including their chemical structure, pharmacological effects, trafficking patterns, and community impact. The hearing will be held in the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building and will be streamed live at the link below.
Open Public Comment Periods
The USSC is requesting comment on several issues pertaining to synthetic drugs.
Comment on synthetic cathinones, cannabinoids, and THC will be accepted through October 27, 2017. More info
Comment on fentanyl and fentanyl analogues will be accepted through November 13, 2017. More info
