From the juvenile legal and dependency systems, immigration, housing, and the criminal legal system, Black children, families, and communities are surveilled and forced to barter their freedoms to receive essential resources. Join us as we discuss the government surveillance of Black communities within the carceral systems that Black public defenders fight to disrupt.
