  • David Trone – Founder and President of Total Wine & More, Founding donor of the ACLU’s Trone Center for Criminal Justice Reform
  • Nkechi Taifa – Human rights attorney, former national ACLU legislative counsel, and Advocacy Director for criminal justice at the Open Society Foundations
  • Marc Elrich – Montgomery County Council Member and Chair of the Public Safety Committee

This event will be moderated by Darian Unger, the ACLU-MD Montgomery County Chapter Co-Chair, and will take questions from the audience.
