The National Council for Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated Women and Girls, and Can-Do Clemency will meet in front of the White House November 14, from 12:30 to 1:30p  to focus on the women convicted of non-violent drug offenses and serving life sentences without the possibility of parole in the federal system.
