WASHINGTON – The Leadership Conference Education Fund, The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, and Civil Rights Corps will convene advocates, celebrities, directly impacted leaders, and policymakers for a virtual summit to outline their unified vision to reimagine public safety and transform the criminal legal system on February 19 at 12 noon ET.

The groups first shared their Vision for Justice 2020 and Beyond platform during the presidential campaign last year to offer critical policy guidance for drafting robust criminal legal reform agendas. Vision for Justice is cosigned by more than 120 organizations dedicated to achieving a new model for public safety in America — one that respects the humanity, dignity, and rights of all people.

The summit will bring together thought leaders seeking to outline a new path for the Biden-Harris administration, the new Congress, and state legislatures nationwide by offering specific, measurable steps to ensure we live up to the values we profess as a nation.
